Abnormal display of image appears to be frozen or stuck on the screen

Abnormal display (Example A) or Image sticking (Example B) issues are observed on system LCD.

Solution

The issue can be fixed by LCD FW update following below steps :

1. Make sure system AC adapter is attached and battery capacity is above 25%
2. Download the attached LCD FW package  (TVSU_Update.zip) , and extract the file into a local drive
3. Run “ NVT_TVSU_Update.exe” to initiate the FW update
4. FW update result is show as return code below : 

• • "0"    (Success)  FW update is success
  • "20"   (Fail)     FW update is NOT performed.  (No AC adapter is detected; Battery level is lower than 25%)

  *The FW update result can also be found in “NVT_TVSU_UPDATE_RESULT.txt” generated in the same folder
